About Us

After graduating as an Agricultural Engineer, I made the decision to start GLS – Guanacaste Landscaping Solutions with a clear vision: to create landscapes that not only look beautiful, but also truly thrive in the tropical environment of Guanacaste.

Like many small businesses, the beginning was not easy. It required long days of work, learning through experience, and a constant commitment to improving with every project. What started as a simple idea gradually became a company built on dedication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for working with plants and outdoor spaces.

Over time, that commitment has allowed us to grow and develop a strong relationship with the clients who trust us with their properties. Seeing the satisfaction of homeowners and property managers when a garden transforms or when a landscape is maintained properly is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Today, GLS is supported by a hardworking and reliable team that takes pride in every project. Each member of our team brings effort, responsibility, and respect for the work we do. Whether we are performing regular garden maintenance, installing irrigation systems, or designing a completely new landscape, we approach every project with the same level of care and professionalism.

My background as an agronomist plays an important role in how we approach landscaping. Beyond aesthetics, we focus on plant health, soil conditions, irrigation efficiency, and sustainability, ensuring that landscapes are designed to succeed in the climate of Guanacaste.

We understand that every property is different and that each client has their own vision. Our goal is always to listen, understand those needs, and create outdoor spaces that feel natural, balanced, and well maintained.
